Our Miss World America 2019, Emmy Rose Cuvelier, held her Miss World America Princess Tea Party for kids benefitting children’s hospitals in her home town in Iowa last week. She wanted the children to have a magical day filled with activities and lots of fun!
“The biggest thank you to all who made the Miss World America Princess Tea Party a success. It was truly one of the most magical days of my life, and knowing that all these little ones & their families were part of changing the lives of sick children is the best thing in the world 💕” – Emmy Rose Cuvelier, Miss World America 2019
In just a couple of days our Miss World America 2019 will be flying of to the international Miss World competition in London, in hopes of bringing home the Miss World Crown and title. Emmy Rose has been competing in many different pageants throughout the years but this will be her first time in an international competition representing United States. Emmy’s biggest passion is her Beauty with a Purpose Project “The Magic in the Miracles” helping to spread a little magic to chronically ill children around the globe.
Beauty With A Purpose
“The Magic in the Miracles: Giving Critically Ill Children Back their Childhood”
Here can you read a little bit about Emmy’s Beauty With a Purpose:
Imagine hearing the words “Your child has a life threatening illness.” This is a painful reality for hundreds of thousands of parents and families across the globe. The mission of The Magic in the Miracles is to give these suffering children back the hope, joy, and innocence of being a child that they so rightfully deserve. This multifaceted program considers all the needs of critically ill children and their families, and takes all necessary steps to better the lives of these sweet little ones.
Funding is absolutely essential in giving sick children their best shot at a happy, healthy future, and Mermaids & Miracles: The Princess Fundraising Tour has raised nearly $20,000 and counting to aid in medical expenses, research, and Child-Life programming for children’s hospitals worldwide. As a branch of my self-owned children’s entertainment company, Mermaids & Miracles has traveled across the country hosting dozens of princess fundraising events that draw attention from parents, children, and the media alike. During these events, parents purchase tickets for their children to spend an hour with The Little Mermaid playing games, reading stories, and even partaking in an Under the Sea Tea Party! To ensure that 100% of ticket sales are donated, I’ve networked with many community businesses to secure full sponsorship of all expenses for each stop on the tour. Mermaids & Miracles has not only been an amazing fundraising tool, but also an eye-catching, unique way to bring awareness to this cause. Furthermore, as Miss World America, I recently hosted the Miss World America Charity Princess Tea Party, featuring myself along with five special princess guests, to raise thousands of dollars for children in need alongside dozens of little prince and princess guests.
