Molly May


Molly May is a 25 year old native of Houston, MS. An honors graduate of Mississippi State University, Molly was a member of various campus organizations, Zeta Tau Alpha sorority, and represented the institution twice as Miss Mississippi State University and Miss Maroon and White. Molly is a second generation breast cancer survivor and the youngest person in the state of MS to ever undergo a double mastectomy at the age of 19. She has dedicated her life to Breast Cancer Education and Awareness in spreading the message of early detection and knowing your family history. began donating head coverings in soft breathable fabrics to patients undergoing chemotherapy treatments. She owns and operates her own 501(c)3 nonprofit organization called “Caps That Care,” with over 3,200 head coverings donated to cancer treatment facilities and CMN hospitals in all 50 states. Molly also hosts “The Pink Podcast”- interviewing breast cancer survivors, caregivers, and physicians and broadcasting to over 45 countries reaching over 550,000 people every episode while simultaneously publishing her memoir, “My Crowning Achievement: Beating Cancer” with a portion of proceeds from every copy donated to CMN hospitals, totaling over 2,300 hours-worth of time volunteered and over $380,000 raised in just the last 2-years alone. When not volunteering or working as a wine broker, Molly can be found baking cookies in the kitchen, petting any animal she comes in contact with, or convincing her friends to take yet another spontaneous road trip.
